I am officially "Miss Late To The Party".
In the beginning of January, my husband commented to me about how the "pants on the ground guy" was one of the most famous fifteen minutes of fame people in 2010.
"HUH????"
"You know hun, the guy that sang 'pants on the ground'"
"Really???? that was an actual song?"
Seriously, people. That was a real conversation. So, I spent the next hour researching this:
All I can say is "WOW, How did I miss this?"
Well, apparently, I was the only person in America to miss this because, a week or so later I asked my mom and m-i-l if they had ever heard of this "pants on the ground" business. To which, they both started laughing hysterically, and could not believe I was just hearing about it.
Fast forward to about a week ago when a girl I work with said she had "Bieber Fever".
"UUUUMMMMMM. Excuse me, you have what?"
It should come as no surprise to you that I had absolutely no idea what/who she was talking about. Don't worry, though. I looked this kid up, and I do NOT have Bieber fever.
Fast forward one more week, to yesterday. I received my first iPad!!!!!! I know, I'm about a year late on this one and its an Apple refurb, not the iPad2. But hey, I finally got one!!!! Let me just say that it is so awesome!!!! I am totally loving it (so is Emma).
I was informed, however, that I would not be able to take it anywhere with me because an iPad case was not in the budget.
OMG!!!!! What's a girl to do???
Thats Right!!!! I made my own.
My iPad now has a comfy, cozy, little bed. AWWW, isn't she so cute :)
This was my second draft. The first one was too narrow and was turned into a sleeping bag for Emma's baby.
I should have done a tutorial, but it was very much a learn as you go deal. I think it turned out cute anyway!!!
